History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Dyer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Solomon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Solomon has worked very hard to control his curse. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He takes great joy in being the best Apothecary in town.

History: Born in the south to a Apothecary, Balimaar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
