Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Manfred hails from a village terrorized by illithids. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
