History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Nicholas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears suspenders and white workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy white leather apron most of the time. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Gifted from a young age, Robert studied abroad. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is dressed in a clean yellow cloak covering his clean studded leather. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His amber eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He got into the Carpenter business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Miller, but he got bored and became a Carpenter. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and wants to open a new tavern
