Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Roland was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A freak accident while working with his Barrister father left him crippled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things
