Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Hubert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
