History: Hubert was born with his mother's beautiful face. Through the years after Hubert was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Hubert's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has achieved small success as a Baker.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His first spouse was a Fortune-teller, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
