History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bather work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bather work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Bather and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a bather and was forced into it by his family

History: He was born in the east. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Cartwright. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Roland was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He's also a talented Dilettante, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gifted student he started as a Beggar, but he got bored and became a Navigator. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and sabotage a competitor
