History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Randal Preston, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many red ritualistic tattoos. He dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a red coat with brown slacks. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 28. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Randal is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Hunter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Hunter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Hunter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to open a new tavern
