A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A 5'3" northern man, he wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a halberd, but if one is not available he will default to his crossbow. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length blonde hair. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He is a Jackalwere in disguise. He found a children's book about a Human Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, William grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A gifted student he started as a Sellsword, but he got bored and became a Blacksmith. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Armorer for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His first spouse was a Marshal, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
