History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His first spouse was a Apothecary, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Description: He stands about 5'11" and is renowned for his bright violet suits and hats. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His white hair is matted, messy, and big. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. One day when Thomas was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Thomas was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Navigator they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Weaver, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Hubert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He's also a talented Butcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult.
