Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and grey handkerchief worn on his right side. His auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: Nicholas wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Nicholas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To pay off his debts; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His white hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are a pleasant violet.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Thomas was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Laborer. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and expand his business

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears a yellow vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His pastel leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his yellow boots flare out at the collars, marred by teas. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: He is a Slaad in disguise. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He was born in a small island village. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Balimaar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: He is renowned for his bright green suits and hats. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His head has been shaved. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. During his travels, Theobald and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Theobald discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Theobald fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
