His hair is long and auburn with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Roland was born with his mother's beautiful face. Through the years after Roland was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Roland's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bernard was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His first spouse was a Herbalist, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
