Description: Runty and weak-looking, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His chestnut hair is singed and shortened. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When Gerald reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longbow.

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, and he perpetually has his greatsword ready. His hair is long and red with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small yellow clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dustin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Gifted from a young age, Heward studied abroad. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: 6'2" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor. His hair is short and auburn. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he wants revenge against illithids
