Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Gifted from a young age, Charles studied abroad. Charles liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Ernest reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Theodoric was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is red and curly. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sage for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business
