Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Frederick is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Hugh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Cory was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Cory's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
