History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Gerard's homeland. Gerard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Beggar for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Beggar responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
