History: Gerard was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A freak accident while working with his Shepherd mother left him crippled. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Shepherd. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
