History: Born in the north to a Fletcher, Geoffrey learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Geoffrey alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Adam lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
