History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerard grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Gerard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Theodoric was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against giants
