Personality: He is a Layabout first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.

History: Cory was born the youngest of three triplets. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and someone believes him a fraud
