History: Shane lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Shane was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Mercenary. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and many drow want him driven away

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adam fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
