History: Born to a Bather, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Frederick was born with his father's beautiful face. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
