Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Raymond is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Apothecary. He's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
