Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He married young, but lost his spouse to gnolls. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Norman will drive conversation. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
