Adelard Wakefield, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a blue shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and black pants. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Adelard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Adelard took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up axe and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others.
Ideals: Philantrophist, Justice. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Mentor, Nature. Occupation: Tailor

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Herbalist arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble.
