His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Thomas hails from a village terrorized by drow. He found a children's book about a Human Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. A true patriot, Balimaar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a Doctor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
