History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Kyle alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Kyle was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

His first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
