Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ernest studied abroad. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Ernest alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Ernest was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He found a children's book about a Human Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. At a young age his mother died while driving off some drow. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in ceremonial dagger use. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and human compassion
