Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Roger was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Roger was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
