Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Tailor. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
