Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his pickaxe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

His hair is long and red with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and tan handkerchief worn on his left side. His silver hair is thinning but still full. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Born in the west to a Mason, Chad learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Gerald was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Brewer. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
