Description: This man stands a little under 5'7" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears just a white suit. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Hubert was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Hubert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
