History: Born in the north to a Ruler, Gerald learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Fortune-teller, but he got bored and became a Ruler. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His first spouse was a Tanner, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Tanner for hire.
