History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Gerard was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fletcher. After a long history of fighting, Gerard and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
