History: He comes from a rich western family. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now mingles about in high society.

He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, and his gloved hand is found clutching a dagger. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by giants. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and wants to raise his children well

History: Gifted from a young age, Peter studied abroad. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content
