History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. During his travels, Theodoric and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Theodoric discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Theodoric fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he dresses in blue turtlenecks beneath a green coat with brown slacks. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
