Personality: Dean is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end.

Description: A middle-aged man, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep white leather and dull blue iron scale mail, and is pretty ugly. His hair is short and silver. His eyes are violet and catlike.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
