History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mortician work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mortician work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mortician for the past few years.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Shane is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Shane was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he's in love

He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Thomas enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a Interpreter, his father struggled to pay the bills. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts
