History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. A true patriot, Charles would do anything for his country. History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
