Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a tight fitting white shirt and pants. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. This gray eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. The war was a terrible time for him, and Charles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He's also a talented Junk Dealer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and balancing his hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
