History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He's also a talented Miner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Carpenter born in the past three hundred years. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carpenter. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Cook. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Manfred was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: Peter is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
