History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He bought a falchion and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Gilbert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He tends to his Dyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is unsatisfied with his job
