History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Through the years after Roland was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Brewer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
