History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Frederick was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
