History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

His violet eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed black hat.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Through the years after Cory was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Cory's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
