History: Miles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. Kody enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Kody never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
