Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Tanner for hire.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears just a black suit. His auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Miles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He has moderate length red hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Bertram was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Ploughman. He became a Ploughman soon after.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to be a beggar again

Description: He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He keeps his white hair in a pixie cut. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Odo is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He found a children's book about a Human Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he's looking for his big break

History: Rolf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Slave Trader soon after.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
