History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He worked as a nervous Merchant and found it very stressful. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Nicholas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
