History: Richard was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Richard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Gunter hails from a village terrorized by giants. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His first spouse was a Dilettante, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shepherd.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Roland and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and a deep hatred of orcs
