Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Shepherd who has hired him part-time. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He got into the Shepherd business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers.
